For Employees

Candidates provide a Curriculum Vitae or completed a detailed application, providing us with insights into their skills, experience, career aspirations, and preferences.  This helps us understand their unique qualifications, personal preferences and goals.

Application Submission

Candidates can submit their applications in response to job boards, through our website, or directly to our team of professionals. We recommend providing a comprehensive Curriculum Vitae and additional information clearly defining your experience.

Invitation for Interview

After we receive your CV and have suitably matched your CV to our job advertisements, we invite you to interview.  This is to understand your goals, skills, experience and preferences.  This helps us identify the best opportunities for you.

Job Matching

Based on our conversations and your qualifications, we match you with suitable job openings in our network. We keep you informed about relevant positions that align with your career aspirations.

Preparation & Support

We provide guidance on your Curriculum Vitae, interview preparation, tips for making a strong impression on potential employers. Our team is here to support you throughout this process.

5.

Interview and/or Testing Coordination

When you are selected for an interview or skills test, coordinate the logistics and provide you with all necessary details to ensure you are prepared and confident.

6.

Feedback & Follow-Up

After site visit, we gather feedback from employers and keep you informed about the progress of your application. We ensure that you have the support you need, regardless of the outcome.

7.

Job Offer & Acceptance

If you receive a job offer, we assist you in reviewing the offer details. We provide you with a complete Assignment Overview, all necessary Induction Preparation, PPE, and/or any clothing related to the role. If the role is permanent we facilitate negotiations if need to ensure you are satisfied with the terms.

8.

Ongoing Support

TRP have a personalised, down to earth approach to each individual candidate. If temporary (to permanent) we ensure full 24 hour service, contactable out of hours. With a ZERO TOLERANCE on payroll we ensure that our service in on time every time to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Here is how it works:

Initial Consultation

We begin by conducting a thorough consultation with your site contact to understand your specific hiring needs, company structure and skills required for the position. This ensures we have a clear picture and can ensure a bespoke approach to your specific staffing requirements.

2.

Job Description Development

If needed, we assist you in crafting a clear and compelling job description that accurately reflects the role and attracts “The Right People”.

3.

Targets Candidate Search

Leveraging our existing network and advanced sourcing techniques, we conduct a targets search to identify potential candidates. We subscribe and tap into various channels, including job boards, social media, previous TRP workers databases and industry contacts.

4.

Screening & Assessment

We perform thorough screening of candidates through interviews, skills assessments and reference checks to ensure they meet your requirements. Our goal is to present only the most qualified candidate for your consideration.

5.

Candidate Presentation

We coordinate interviews, skills tests, site tours (for multiple placements), between you and the candidates assisting in scheduling and logistics to ensure a smooth process.

6.

Placing Temporary Personnel

Once you have selected a candidate, we ensure all are vetting as per Agency Inspectorate for NI Regulations. The Right People are placed with all PPE as your bespoke requirements, checked in and prepped accordingly. TRP also provide Drugs Testing and are certified via NIVHA Laboratory Services Ltd.

7.

Placing Permanent Personnel

Once you have offered the candidate their permanent contract, TRP assist in extending the job offer and can help facilitate negotiations to ensure both parties are satisfied.

8.

Managing Temporary Personnel

TRP provide full micro management for all temporary workers to ensure a successful transition and integration into the workplace. We provide clients with detailed feedback, facilitate weekly calls to candidates, collating detailed reports to ensure we micro-manage all workers during their assignment.

9.

Permanent Personnel – Onboarding

After placement, we follow up with both you and the candidate to ensure they are bedding into their placement and working to your specific guidelines.
